Tracing is important for preschool because it is pre writing skills.
Before they can write letters or numbers, children must first learn to draw lines and curves, and tracing helps a lot in it.
The lines can be a standing line, a slanting line, or a sleeping line. Straight lines are easy for tracing. Preschoolers can easily trace them.
